I visited Home Bargains inLlandudno. Felt very unsafe in there today, too many people and no social distancing. I complained to a staff member who said it was people’s responsibility to stay 2 metres and not for them to police. It was impossible to stay away from people. I said that people need to be told as they aren’t doing it. A customer in front of me in a group of seven told me to shut up, that is the attitude people have. I left without my shopping as it is not acceptable. They have a duty of care to their customers and staff.

Tesco had the best system in place you felt safe now its relaxed its not as safe. Morrisons was awful once inside the store. Wife said Asda was shocking as well.

The one way systems that were originally in place made the supermarkets much safer. They should be reinstated despite the slight inconvenience.

I was particularly shocked at how busy Asda in Llandudno was this week, so much so I left without shopping as I did not feel safe, Tesco in Llandudno Junction is slightly better but have taken their eye off the ball recently and are not monitoring the number of customers in store at any one time. I have resorted to click and collect. Llandudno Mostyn Street is shocking, the shops and pavements are packed with people. This needs addressing urgently or we will see another spike in North Wales of COVID – 19
